What we collect, why, and who we share it with.
Legionella Test Kits is published by Transport Quote Compare Ltd, which is the data controller. Contact: hello@legionellatestkits.co.uk.
What we collect and why
If you use the quote form we collect your name, phone number, and, if you give them, your email, postcode, type of property and message, plus the page you sent the form from. We pass these to a UK water hygiene specialist so they can contact you about your request. We do not sell your details for marketing.
Links to sellers take you to their own websites, which have their own privacy policies.
Lawful basis and retention
We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to the request you made. We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
