How we compare kits

We read each seller's own product page and record what it states: price, VAT basis, what is included, the laboratory accreditation, what is tested, turnaround and how the sample gets back to the laboratory. Where a page does not state something, we say “Not stated” and do not guess. We only list sellers whose pages we were able to open and read. The date of the last check is shown on each page.

We have not bought and used every kit, and we do not rank them. The comparison is of published details.

How the site is funded

We do not currently receive commission from any seller listed. If that changes, we will say so on the comparison pages and mark the links. If you ask for a professional sampling quote, we pass your enquiry to a water hygiene specialist and may be paid by that business for the introduction.

Corrections

If you sell a kit and a detail is wrong or out of date, email hello@legionellatestkits.co.uk and we will correct it.
